Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Witches’ Gathering Conference.
We warmly welcome witches of all traditions—healers, pagans, wiccans, enchanters, mystical readers, herbalists, astrologers, mediums, angelic practitioners, and anyone drawn to the magical, transformative arts. Our conference is dedicated to exploring the ancient practices and timeless wisdom of traditional witchcraft, spirituality, ceremony, and ritual, as well as the diverse arts of divination, botanical lore, elemental magic, and healing modalities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We understand that the opportunity to speak, present, or teach at a conference like this is significant. We also recognize that submitting an application requires your time and energy—just as reviewing each one with care takes ours. In honour of that mutual effort, we aim to keep our communication clear, respectful, and intentional from the very beginning.
Before completing your application, please review the following:
Experience Required: Applicants must have demonstrable experience in the field they wish to present.
Participant Resources: Presenters agree to provide handouts or related materials for all attendees.
Application Process: Submission of this proposal does not guarantee a speaker slot; acceptance is based on alignment with our vision and available scheduling.
No Legal Obligation: This form does not establish a legally binding agreement between the presenter and the event. Final terms will be confirmed by a separate document if accepted.
Completeness: Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Session Length: All lectures, workshops, and presentations will be one hour in length.
Media Release: Please note that photos and video may be taken during your session and used on our social media, website, and promotional materials.
Travel & Accommodation: Funding for travel and lodging is not provided for speakers presenting in person.
Promotion: Speakers are expected to help promote their session through the conference’s social media outlets and website using the provided assets and ticket links. Inadequate promotion may affect future participation opportunities.

ACCEPTANCE
If your proposal is accepted, you will be asked to:
• Sign a presenter’s contract of presentation.
• Sign a waiver of release and liability.
• Transmit your handouts (PDF files) for your presentation well in advance of your session. (ONE MONTH PRIOR TO EVENT DATE).
• Submit your profile information, which will include:
A professional headshot, clear of background distractions.
Your website information.
Your social media account links or ‘handles’.
Your profile/biography – we will edit as needed.
